I love how the employees are so patient, understanding, and kind. You can see how they love their job and interacting with Thomas. It's experiences like that which makes me want to take my autistic twins when they are older to Disney.

I love how they just talk to him. I've worked with nonverbal kiddos and a lot of times they dont get people talking to them like peers. At Disneyland and Universal, the cast members/characters talk to him and not as if hes not there. Hes interacting/responding in his own way and they are picking up on that, it allows for a more unique conversation
