Yep was like that at the beginning, have done stuff i didn't do before my stoma because i was in so much pain that couldn't do these things. Did worry for first year about going back to hospital . But so thankful that still am here Xx

I think to put it simply; they’re out of sync. He spent a year doing a LOT to compensate for Louise’s inability to do much due to illness. Now he’s burnt out and she’s better and wanting to do LOTS and he wants less.

focus on your lightness and joy rather than your trauma. I know the anxiety makes you ruminate on it but finding the humour and joy and lightness again really helps.
