I fried till brown. Then after all fried I fried them again till golden. The herbs and spices I used were : celery salt, garlic powder,onion powder,mustard powder , white and black pepper, Salt, oregano, thyme and paprika.

Thank you everyone. Yes I did parboil this chicken. I don’t usually do it but these chickens were on steroids. I don’t know how long i fried them for. And this time i double fried them.
