You are absolutely right. As a mom of 2 little girls and on my journey to grow back my hair as it used to be healthy, thick and long I only wash it every six days.. First it doesn't get greasy only the 6th day, second, I don't have neither the time or the energy to do it everyday or every 3 days. Too much on my mental health especially as a single mom, trying to get through life..
