Thai peanut wrap 🥜🌯🥒 recipe below!! Ingredients: @Drink Poppi for the good vibes  8-10 chicken tenderloins 1 red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips 1/2- 3/4 red onion, sliced into thin strips  2 tbsp coconut amino‘s 2 tbsp rice vinegar 2 tbsp @Mike’s Hot Honey  1 garlic clove, grated  2 tsp ginger, grated (I use frozen ginger because it’s easier) 2 tbsp peanut butter  Juice of 1 lime  Dash of red pepper flakes  1 avocado, diced Fresh cilantro 2-3 green onion, diced  Roasted peanuts, diced Shredded carrots Fresh English cucumber, cut into thin strips @Josie’s Organics kale  @Mission Foods burrito sized tortillas  Seasonings: @Simply Organic onion powder, salt, pepper, grated ginger, @Graza olive oil Instructions: 1. season chicken, red onion, and red bell pepper with above seasonings and olive oil, and bake at 425° until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Once chicken is fully cooked, cut into cubes  2. In a jar, combine rice vinegar, honey, coconut aminos, ginger, garlic, peanut butter, red pepper flakes, and lime juice and mix until well combined (may need a little water! I ended up adding in some @FAGE Greek yogurt to thicken it because I eyeballed bad while chit chatting lol) 3. Assemble wrap, starting with kale, chicken/veggies, cucumber, carrots, avocado, cilantro, green onion, peanuts, and a little peanut sauce, and roll into wrap 4.
