This KETCHUP AND MUSTARD BOBA makes the perfect no mess hotdog! ✨Recipe: Ingredients: • ¾ cup ketchup (or mustard) • ¼ cup water • ½ tbsp calcium lactate • 4 cups warm water • 1 tbsp sodium alginate Directions: 1. In a blender, combine 4 cups warm water and sodium alginate. Blend until fully dissolved, then pour into a medium bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes to reduce air bubbles. 2. Using a dropper or small measuring spoon, gently drop the ketchup mixture into the alginate bath. Let the pearls sit for 1–2 minutes, gently swirling so they don’t stick. 4. Scoop the boba out with a fine mesh strainer and rinse well under cold water. 5. Repeat the process with mustard if using both. 6. Spoon your boba over a hot dog and enjoy a burst of summer fun, no sticky fingers required! 🌭
