@plantifullybased: Let’s do a little pros and cons of the sola bagels. I always like to end on a positive note, so we will start with cons. Cons: - Price, it was $7.99 per bag so that’s pretty pricey - Texture, this is subjective, for me it was more like a store bought Thomas or Pepperidge farm type bagel rather than a bagel from a bagel place so don’t love that - Can be hard to find although i do think they have a subscription online - Tbh i truly love my protein bagels and it’s hard to compete with those Pros - Great macros 110 calories and 14-15g protein are awesome and 30g fiber is amazing - Convenience, you don’t have to make these bagels so it is nice to have something ready to do - Taste was decent, nothing weird or overpowering - I appreciate any brand that is trying to create a product that helps support people’s goals Overall, I don’t know if I would buy these again but I also wouldn’t not buy them again. I do prefer my protein bagels better but I do think these are also a good option. #bagels #solabagels
