that's why I enjoy cleaning and tidying up my house. it makes me feel like I accomplished something, unlike at work where, whatever you do, it's hard to get completion. nothing gives more joy than having a clean and tidy home.

When my therapist suggested that actually "doomscrolling" tiktok might be a really calming, settling experience I was denying myself. Made such a difference to let myself enjoy the experience rather than fight it.

Yes, the physical heart does have a role to play in the operation of the brain. This is why cognative science is confused about consciousness. it assume the brain is in charge. thats not the full story, its a misread of data.
