Tried using T4 twice, both times in made me dizzy, heart was racing and I was dripping with sweat. Any idea why that could be? My bloodwork is good. Thyroid is in normal range

u dont need more food with higher t3, but more protein yes. t3 is probably the most catabolic fat burner, as it litteraly promotes the turnover and breakdown of all tissue. u can rebuild this just fine with adequate protein

Been on t4 150mcg at 90kg for 2 years no issues and free t3 in range, free t3 does drop s little on diet.

Hey man I’ve played around with doses for replacement I was on 25mcg t3 100t4 and just felt flat. Dropped down t3 to 12.5mcg 100mcg t4 and feel amazing.

Stating anything in bodybuilding is “wrong” when judges protocols (within reason) is usually just dumb. There’s no rules or 100% “right way” on anything, just smarter ways. Right?

Always use at basal dose no need to push these to “supraphysiological” levels. Just eat less and do more cardio 💪🏻
