Yes. Australia and places like South Africa, Arizona have the highest incidences of skin cancer and it’s due to the climate and people who lack melanin in those areas. The natives in those areas have a lower rate of skin cancer.

Where were you in Europe? Because in the south of France and Spain I’ve seen some of the most sun damaged skin ever. As in Brazil I very rarely see white people with that kind of damage
