i grow up where the water buffalo are widely raised, they’re kind and calm. but intuitive. most of them cry if you sell them or try to « meat » them. some become panic and desperately try to comeback to their home (og owner who raise them)

There is no "experienced in handling exotic animals". Every wild animal is different and needs to be handled differently. You wouldn't handle a bear the same as you would a bobcat. He bought them for meat anyway so he got his Karma.
