In Canada you'd be charged with attempted murder. 😳They favor criminals over victims😡

im not siding with the thief but that is attempted murder sinc she intentionaly orderd the spiders to harm the thief and its illegal to set traps for the thief the homeowner should have just let the police handle it and i say it again im not taking sides im just saying what i think

So lemme get this straight. Police refuse to do anything when your stuff is getting stolen but when you decide to protect your own property you get charged!? Bruh-

Morally I side with the homeowner. Legally, you cannot set traps for criminals.

my cousin went to jail because he booby trapped his front door with a rifle to protect his home against a guy who kept breaking in when he was away driving trucks. well, that and he hid the body afterwards 🤷🏾♀️

but did she ever say that was her intention?? noooooooo she didn't. she said they were her pets. you have to be able to prove intent. just like the pumpkins filled with concrete. if he sticks by his story that he did it to keep them from blowing away, they cannot prove intent

They were both wrong! I think black widow spiders are a bit extreme though… 1 tarantula could have scared him away enough.
