I came off hitting the gym for 2 years 5-6 days a week went up to 165 and then decided to get into motocross and got food poisoning after first race and then end of season somehow had this cough that wouldn’t go away. (I got it all fixed now)

arm pump has nothing to do with the arch in your back and everything to do with relying more on your arms/hands than your legs to grip the bike. amongst a few other things, but nothing to do with your back. c'mon!
