Because of the big possibility that Derek Lewis could knock out Tom Aspinall. I don’t know if it’s safe for Tom to fight Lewis. Only because when Jones comes back to fight, he’s coming back to fight the champion. And, as much as I think Lewis is a great fighter he doesn’t have the skill set for Jones. Tom Aspinall on the other hand is a black belt in jiu-jitsu, ex boxer, younger, quicker. I don’t know, Tom would just have a way better chance in beating Jones than Lewis would.
