@hewnfloor: Home designers aren't telling you this👇 If you're wanting a home that looks luxury without having to hire an expensive designer or buy expensive furniture, make sure you save this for later Here's 3 things you can apply in your home (no matter where you're at in your design journey) to make your home feel elevated 1. High quality flooring: it's an investment well worth the time and money. The nicest homes don't have cheap LVP or matted wall to wall carpet. Choose a flooring that will increase your home value (like Stoneform) with waterproof and scratch-resistant properties. 2. Bold artwork: Swap out that "LIVE LAUGH LOVE" sign for an original piece of bold artwork. You can often find original art in thrift stores or flea markets if buying a new piece isn't in your price range. 3. Architectural details: arches, niches, and built-ins make a home feel custom instead of cookie cutter. While arches and niches may require a more knowledgable hand, built-ins can be easily DIYed using IKEA bookshelves and some molding pieces. You don't need designer furniture or a whole new home to make your space feel elevated. All you need is a bit of creativity and direction to get you started. What do you find that makes home feel luxury? Let us know below!
