I can tell you as a CPA who has friends for multiple major fortune 200 companies Not a single one isn't trying to curtail spending as much as possible less work lunches less travel Southwest instead of Delta you name it. everybody is just chilling battening down the hatches because there's zero stability right now nobody knows what's coming next.

Sort of, kinda, supposed to….so far, nothing EXCEPT a 27 Billion dollar surplus for the month of June. First time in 9 years that has happened. That wan on no one’s bingo card. I expect a decent GDP number for the 2nd Qtr, but how sustainable will that be? No one knows because none of this has happened before so quickly. US dollar should continue to go down as it did during Trump 1.0. We will live. It will just be bumpy.

What do you think about the concept of whether government spending should even be included in GDP? One peculiar aspect is where a reduction and government program is a negative for GDP growth, but it can be reasonably argue that government spending is not additive to the economy, and certainly not too much productivity.
