The reason you can’t marry a non Muslim man as a Muslim woman is because the man is more powerful and can force you to for example stop you from going to the mosque stop you for praying but is you are the one with the power (ie A Muslim man) you can’t do anything to stop you’re non Muslim wife for example stopping her from going to church because it’s in Islam that you can’t stop them
