dismissed with out prejudice and than when that case gets dismissed all you have to is show the proof to the judge. the one that dismissed the cases and than open new case. than you can set court dates or so how long you have to bring the evidence

but makes use you do it with out dismissed prejudice, than say to judge you would also like to press charges too. so you can use the judge bailiff to open cases. the judge can be witnessed too it when the cases are open
