@mspmag: The new Animales BBQ Co restaurant is making progress! The 12,500-square-foot space is quite the upgrade of his food truck, and is located in the space that used to hold the Royal Foundry Craft Spirits, next door to La Doña. Wipfli has partnered with Rich Henriksen of the North Loop jazz bar Berlin to bring the music to life. At Animales, the focus will be Americana: nightly folk, soul, bluegrass, and alt-country.
