for me, this is completely correct, before my fiance the longest relationship I had was 3 months because after they had me they just stopped caring, once you dont feel loved anymore, not even a little bit you call it quits, if im not appreciated or treated well, why would I stay? there's better out there

You misunderstood. Is not that the girl stays because she is treated right. Like of course that matters but if she falls in love more for someone else she will leave. The reason why they say it matters so much how the guy treats the girl it’s because a big part of how to make a girl fall in love with you is by your actions and making her feel loved. But of course, if she feels no spark of love or will not work… girls also love with all their heart and souls and they give everything they have for the right guy…
