I think it’s a Mastercard issue, and it’s an inside job . I had a customer service against tell me to call a different number . 1 number off from the correct one. He than asked for my password. He got mad when I told him no - than hung up when I asked to talk to his supervisor.

Oh my goodness. Now am fuming 😡 again. I thought RBC has resolved this issue. Honestly am beginning to believe. If one of the scammers works inside the bank. Who keeps giving customers information out. Because on my fyp, it just happened to one Nigerian lady and she went inside the bank and started screaming. She asked for the supervisor to provide her transaction history. When the checked turns out one of the workers gave her info to their party who moved money from her account to another account. Then the bank worker just helped to delete the transaction history from her own end so that she won’t receive notification. Is by miracle she found out. Am so angry that we can’t even trust bank to keep your money self anymore.
