Are attorneys taught in law school not to call out a judge when they act wrong? I have a juvenile dependency case as a foster parent where the new judge went real rogue not following case law, appellate cases, etc and going off of solely his intuition.. I appealed and the appellate court agreed with me and my writ before I was assigned an atty, but the atty I had assigned to me was so hesitant to say anything about the trial court judge. I think because I didn’t have that fear maybe (of calling out the judges misconduct) I was better representing myself in the end. Would love to know your thoughts on a situation like that.

I have a feeling something will happen with this judge not being able to go on with the case. Not something premeditated or corrupt just something natural. I hope I’m wrong lol
