They need to put up a cheap camera a really inexpensive one from Amazon so they can get footage of people stealing and send it over to the police and also please for a restraining order against that far and being up in the first place if it’s promoting theft.

growing a garden is expensive and time consuming. im don't have a problem sharing if there is extra if someone asks but you don't just take anything. the neighbors are TAH, they know what they are doing. if they didn't they wouldn't have a problem moving their stand and helping to discourage people from stealing from their neighbor's garden.

Call the cops about this issue, yes it is a civil matter, unless you got the thieves on your land at the time of the stealing, but atleast it is on record.

it's easy, neighbor installed the community pantry. THEY are responsible for THEIR guests. you warn them that every time something is stolen from your property you will invoice them for the price of the stolen product. submit it in writing. then once the stolen product goes over a certain amount, (its different county to county) you can take them to small claims and put sanctions on them if they continue to refuse to pay.

You grow your food to feed your family. It is not your job to contribute to something without consent. If they care about the community it should start with their neighbors. Their behavior is both selfish and lazy and they are framing you as the problem when they are actively creating it. Hard nope.
