Health conditions can cause different odors. Be kind because some of the health conditions that cause odor are difficult to get rid of. It’s stressful enough that a person with a health condition along with odor is suffering enough and to also hear comments about “someone smells”. Not nice

it could be they have candida build up that could be why they smell. too much yeast in the body will make you smell and crave candy and sugar products
