Lol I actually like kale. I use either kale or spinach. Spinach for the more creamy salads. And kale for stuff with a vinegar or more tangy dressing.

when I first heard about kale as a super food, I was like what is this apparently crazy healthy veggie? Then I learned it was boerenkool, which is the main ingredient (with potatoes) in stamppot boerenkool, one of the most typical Dutch dishes there is and has been around since Forever (I don't like it tho lol)
