Our pediatrician told us to start with veggies first! Alternate between a green and another color. Introduce all veggies first and then fruit. My son loves broccoli and sweet potatoes!

Stick with the same colors! All organge, yellow, green etc. it helps you identify allergies if there are any! We did carrots!
