i wanna sound more masc before T but all the tips hurt... I must be doing something wrong but dropping larynx moving tounge back hurts or feels suffocating even if it's in a semi resting position if I try speak with it it just hurts 😭

also! if you do it consistently, you will end up subconsciously keeping it there. if you wanna do a little more, flatten your affect (so keep your voice in 1 place more, don’t move it around as much) and pop in a little vocal fry

honestly a subtle way that helped me was to adopt a very slight California accent with certain words. everything comes to the back of the mouth and drops just like how your describing
