Yesterday during appointed 2 of 3, the anesthesiologist for my upcoming surgery who was meeting with me to discuss how my conditions complicate anesthesia, asked me if my conditions were REAL or JUST ANXIETY. The conditions that took me until 38 to get properly diagnosed and I’ve been gaslit for my whole life. 🙃 again, he’s an anesthesiologist 😂

20 apts lead to more appts lead to more procedures lead to more hospitalizations lead to more surgeries. And along the way you find more diagnoses and end up with 3+ more doctors. It’s revolving 🙄

As someone who has had depression since 14 and whose family depression has had a huge impact on I really shouldn’t find the sound clip as funny as I do but I also have chronic illness in the forms of POTS, IST, & Fibromyalgia and they don’t play either

I had 4 appts scheduled with my GI, they had me cancel 2 of them and then schedule 4 more. It’s so much I’m exhausted but I don’t have any answers. It feels endless
