I had 4 kids and I could tell their temp with my hand. I got to the point where I didn't need a thermometer anymore because I was always right.

Did the teacher just want her out of the classroom for some reason? I’ve used my hand to check the kids temp but could never predict a number. I’d go get the thermometer

can't make a number up but you can pretty much can tell if you have a temp with a hand or lips but not numbers

yeah.. i use my hands for my toddlers 🤣🤣, never throw a random number out though & always check with a thermometer before giving meds lol

I do that for my students. I can’t exactly what the temperature is but I can tell if they have one.
