Literally my friend has a friend who is dealing with exactly this. She has a restraining order and court. he calls her job, shows up at her house (she sees him on ring). I gave him advice how to deal, but I dont think he will use it.

honestly you shouldn’t have to re-live it over and over again. you didn’t deserve anything he did to you. we make our jokes or whatever but at the end of the day, the trauma and ptsd behind it- is not fucking funny. men constantly get away with whatever they do to women and it’s bullshit. FUCK THEM & I love you.
