The damn physician at United that was performing the peer to peer refused to give her his name so she could verify his experience and training because he was absolutely not qualified to be on the peer to peer conversation !!! Time for class action against United Healthcare

I hope that if you currently have United healthcare and have the option to switch come January 1st, you do so. United has gotten too big for their britches! Time to leave that god awful company in the dust! Luigi or no money…one way or another they need to be undone.
