soft & gooey cinnamon rolls🤎🤎, they were so fluffy omg recipe:   3/4 cup warm milk(180g) 1/4 cup of warm water(60g) 1/4 cup granulated sugar(50g) 2 1/4 tsp yeast(7g)(1 packet) 1 room temp egg  1/4 cup softened butter 3 1/2 - 4 cups of flour  1 tsp salt(6g) 1 tbsp olive oil( for bowl )   add your sugar, water, milk, & yeast into a bowl, mix and let it sit for 5 minutes or until frothy. then mix in your egg and butter, then add in your flour ( you want your dough to be slightly tacky but not sticky )  & knead until it’s smooth. then let sit in your oiled bowl covered somewhere warm for 1 hr or until doubled in size. roll out your dough & spread the filling onto it, roll up your rolls & place them in a baking sheet for 30 minutes covered. then pour heavy whipping cream over them & bake at 350•F for about 20-25 minutes.   ( bottom layer was just leftover filling mixed with half & half )   filling:   1/4 cup melted butter(57g) 3/4 cup brown sugar(150g) 2 tbsp cinnamon    melt your butter & add in your brown sugar & cinnamon and mix until combined.  icing with no cream cheese:   1/4 cup softened butter (57g) 1 - 1 1/2 cups of powdered sugar (120-180g) 1-2 tbsp cream(15-30ml)( adjust to however thick you want consistency to be ) 1 tsp vanilla pinch of salt ( if using unsalted butter )   whip your butter until it’s soft & fluffy, then add in your vanilla & sift in your powdered sugar, continuing mixing until a thick frosting forms( add more or less powdered sugar to tailor to your liking ), add in heavy whipping cream to make the consistency a bit thinner if needed.
