Ours is the exact same. The no rules applying to them is laughable. Ours showed up to the court house with no plate or tags on her vehicle.

I cannot understand why the courts have allowed her to alienate and cause such problems for those girls. It’s so sad how our legal system fails to see all of that. I hope she has to pay all that money and has to pay fines. Maybe then she’ll get a job if she doesn’t want him to see those kids he shouldn’t have to give her money. Not because he’s a deadbeat dad because he seems like such a incredible dad. She’s just selfish.

I just don’t understand HOW she continues to keep the kids from yall and isn’t thrown UNDER the jail for contempt/parental alienation/ etc! When my 19 YO daughter was 6 my ex threatened to take her to Washington and never return, We lived in TN! My attorney told me to tell him that he could not keep her overnight until our court date in two weeks and that’s what I did. The judge found me in contempt and told me that I was trying to alienate my daughter and gave my ex custody. Only for him to sign her back over to me six months later because he was strung out on H.

My husband has had such a similar experience with his ex wife as your husband. He has 3 kids from that marriage. The youngest daughter is very head strong so as soon as she turned 14 she told the courts she wanted to live with us. She is almost 17 now. Bio mom has shunned her and turned her other 2 siblings against her because she “chose” her dad over her. My girl says that her mom hates her dad more than she will ever love her or her siblings 🥺

Those girls ARE going to watch this series one day. And they WILL put 2 and 2 together and figure out that they missed out on the love and security your blended family could’ve given them. How sad that ex wife can’t do that math and see it. She’s gonna regret what she’s done but the damage is done. Heartbreaking. 💔

Been through something similar and now that BM has to pay child support (almost a year behind too 🤪) she’s refused to file at all so child support doesn’t take her refund. It never ends even on the other side of winning custody 😩

Why do they always make it about money?! BM makes 6 figures and only pays 600 for 2 kids she sees 11% of the time. Now that we want to increase support she is fighting on everything.

Unfortunately, the children will never see through it all. We had almost the same situation and walked away after 14 years and $50K in legal costs. She is soooo good at her manipulation and brainwashing that unless you were able to get them counseling they will believe the mother until they are old. I hope you have a better ending than we did. But be prepared to never see them again and have to mourn them.
