They suck here in Denver as well. Terrible service and rude staff. $200 for 1 1/2 hours. The actual massage time was 1 hr after everything and the lady talked the whole time even after I kindly requested a silent massage. Never again.

Did they try to sell you a “package”. My mom has a gift certificate down here for one, and I haven’t even gone because I don’t want to deal with a stupid sales pitch. I heard it’s hard to get in even if you have a “package”. I’m sorry your relaxing treat was ruined.

I hate that! I stopped using them years ago. I am grateful to find a therapist who does a great job for 90 mins 125 and that includes tip. Personally I would dispute the charge and ask for min 50% off. Massage is wellness-should not hurt you. Sorry beautiful!

Never go to them! NEVER! Find a Jia Foot Spa and go for two hours! $115-$120! Or come to me in the Chicago Suburbs!
