I think the other boys were human too. I think they were failed idols, in the herbal shop there was a photo of 4 boys that look very similar to the saja boys. I think they were recruited the Jinu and sold their souls to become the Saja boys....

Since the people aren’t understanding in K-pop demon hunters the demons that have black hats in the black suits were once human who made deals to become demon so all the demons that wear black hats, and black suits were once humans at some point that then made a deal with giwma and became demons

Pretty sure it’s because they are Jinu’s puppets whenever they’re not performing or doing a public appearance they act like zombies or animals I don’t think they are sentient

I think its that they're just mid level demons who can take human form. because they have the grunts mentality of a low level but they're wearing those top hats which seem to indicate some capacity to be higher
