I've been in a similar situation before and when i started ruminating on these thoughts, it was my medication starting to not work. It got worse before i realized it was that and not just me. Turns out for my brain chemistry, it was categorically incorrect medication.

When I have those moments I reach out to someone I know is probably in a more rough situation or elderly/isolated friends and just check in. Sometimes listening to what someone else is going through gives me perspective and generally helps me take my mind off of my own problems. Doesn’t work every time, but it works some of the time. 🤷🏻‍♀️Thanks for being vulnerable—you’re certainly not alone. 🫶🏻

Distractions x 100000– anything you can do to get your brain back from racing and ruminating. Also maybe adding or switching meds if you’ve been on the same one for a while. I’m in the trenches too, if it helps to know you’re not alone. Also this heat is horrible for anxiety😩
