Salt water mouth wash for sure you are definitely still swollen and it will get better esp when the stitches comes out

In my fist month I had an issue like that and it was a tooth shard that had shifted. They had to take it out. It hurts so much at first, but once that healed it was so much better.

That looks like all swelling. Once the stitches come out you will notice a difference. Rinse with salt water at least twice a day which helps tremendously.
