I had 20 years of worsening chronic pain, and by 2016, I was in a mobility scooter because I couldn’t walk more than a few hundred feet without pain. So I moved out of the big city into a house on a mountain top in the middle of the woods. Within six months, my body healed completely and I can walk 5 or 10 miles without a problem. It’s not normal for a guy in his late 50s to miraculously heal from 20 years of worsening pain. Something was going on. I suspect it had to do with the healing power of nature.

I am blessed that I live right on the beach! I can spend time watching sunrise and sunset under the trees, I can feel ocean breeze as well as can walk barefoot on the beach whenever I want, Simply I am living a nature healthy life!
