@siouxpah.wiya: #CapCut This period, spanning December 2024 to July 2025, marks my journey. Initially, in January, my A1C was 9.3, necessitating reliance on three insulin types. Now, my A1C has dropped to 5.5, rendering insulin unnecessary. The Ft. Peck Tribes Diabetes Program has helped me in my healthy life style by granting me a free gym membership to the wellness center and working for the tribes I get 2 15 minute breaks which I take advantage of and go for my 1 mile walk daily.
