Was about to say, birds are meant to fly, clipping wings is absolutely cruel asf. And people are worried about their birds getting out, but RECALL TRAIN. KEEP THE DOORS CLOSED. and flying into windows? TEACH THEM THE DANGERS? like that's insane

I’m sooo glad my parents didn’t let me get parakeets when I was a kid becuase I thought it was okay, now I am actually educated, don’t get an animal that FLYS if you DONT WANT IT TO FLY. Get a fish or somthing, I have two parakeets now and I love when they get excited and fly, it’s makes me so happy and it can be so funny
