I think this person is saying that they seemed secure. For me it wasn’t until our first real hardship/argument that I found out they were an avoidant . Prior to that I would have sworn the DA was secure. Once that argument/break up occurred they completely shut down. Turned into someone I didn’t recognize. Said we were going to talk about it then went completely ghost when it was time to do so. Just confusing. I’ve decided to let them go
