your thoughts are out of touch and devoid of empathy. also as professionals we know the second a brand markets directly to consumers the formulas turn to shit. you as consumers are mad it costs to much to get your nails done... sorry that as an industry we stopped being ok with woman being brought over in shipping containers to rub your ham hawks for 20 bucks as you complained about them not speaking English. wanna know the real reason your nails are expensive. because people arnt getting human trafficked.. have the day you deserve

Coming from a consumer it seems ridiculous and entitled because in this economy i get it, as someone in the beauty industry these companies market strictly to professionals tell us theyll never sell out, then they do and the formula changes bc they have to make it more affordable. suddenly clients arent happy with their services, its not coming out quite right, its not lasting as long, then professionals have to do redos bc they assume its our fault and we want to make it right, then we have to find a whole new line which is a whole other issue. I understand where shes coming from she just worded it wrong and came across money hungry and entitled
