Wow I cannot do this without feeling like I have to force my fingers through while it’s very uncomfortable at the same time, and for some toes I feel like I can’t fit my fingers in at all, what is that supposed to be telling you if you can’t do it?

Will this improve if you keep doing it. My right foot is better than my left. My left has plantar fasciitis and my big toe has arthritis so can’t get my fingers in there all the way. Can I fix this?? 😳

I had a horrible knee ingury 5 years ago. My leg had never been the same. I could barely get my fingers between the toes on that leg. Worked on it for the last hour and the amount of tingling and heat coming from that foot is crazy. It feels so much better!
