I was super sheltered growing up because we were struggling financially, and I couldn’t just ask for money to go out whenever I wanted. My mom’s also really conservative, and I’m a girl living in an Asian household. That pretty much sums up my childhood 🫶🏼

i feel seen i was pulled from public schools and put into homeschooling at age 6 i had no social interaction until i started working at 17 i would lay in bed and imagine having friends and a life i think some people have no idea what that does to you mentally

my mom when she told me i couldnt work at all during hs then i graduated and she got mad i didnt work and couldnt find a job in 3 days☠️my mom when she gets mad i dont go out to parties and make more friends, but if they arent the rich preppy kids in mansions then i cant go and i also cant drink at the party and have to leave early 😭 my mom when i went to a HS party as a college student and the cops came and i told her i would go out in like 5 minutes bc they js wanted lower noise and she proceeded to tell the host she was looking for me 2 seconds after and then a whole crowd of hs kids almost found out it was me but he said my name wrong 🙂↔️
