I’ve had issues there. They didn’t unbox my order on the live, I was there the whole time. Another time, they didn’t unbox it all and when I kept asking, they said it was unboxed. I was like no cause it shows pending still. They said we will look into and then just ended the live. I canceled the order. Lol

I was watching them unbox trying to get a dimoo Jurassic park brontosaurus before the popnow drop so I ordered an hour before the drop and watched for 2hrs and never heard my name. Thankfully they didn’t sell out fast on app and I was able to get him the one he wanted but I have 2 dimoo Jurassic park that I don’t know what’s in them…

Yeah this is really annoying I got a mystery box and I was waiting and trying to hear but it was apparently boxed up and they were not called out yet they do this so we can’t refund they do this so quick so you don’t get much time to think about it

When they said they were gonna open new boxes for you cause “you missed it”, I knewww they messed up and never actually did it. They never open “new” boxes if someone truly didn’t see their order and it really was already opened

I order from other unboxing places but have never ordered from the popmart unboxing. I hate dealing with the customer service they have and they go too fast that I figured they were messing up tickets

This happened to me 2 weeks ago! I kept telling them that they never called mine and they never unboxed it during the live, I did get my order delivered but they just never unboxed it during the live

My order took forever, and I never saw my unboxing. And I watched like a hawk because I wanted them ripped at the bottom sometimes you can catch them and ask. I just think their shipping minimum is crazy and they never do the warehouse links anymore

No shade. I think she messes up a lot more than other hosts… I understand they update the status so you don’t try to cancel your order once they print the slip since they open the box and won’t be able to resell that.

It was messy last night to be honest. I saw what was happening to you also but if people don't help you your message gets lost. I think she was also getting annoyed at people fighting in the chat so that wasn't helping either hence the snappy attitude. The same thing happened to me a while back when I ordered 2 different sets and they only unboxed one out of the 2. If it wasn't for some helpful people trying to pass my message as there are other spamming they would have never fixed it 🥲

I’ve ordered from them and got the order confirmation, but I’ve turned around and cancelled fine but it was prior to them unboxing. I will say her and another host seemed a little sassy between last night. Maybe off night idk.

Say you have 10 boxes and everyone buys and 1 person has 2 boxes out of those 10 if there are 2 boxes still left over obviously you didn’t unbox someone’s order that would be common sense though
