Private gyms are starting to get crowded now too but usually you can avoid it if you go in between the typical after work hours… My private gym only has 2 treadmills and 1 stairmaster and between 4 pm - 8 pm it gets sooo busy & I’ve witnessed some people fighting over the machines lol, 😆 but there are a lot of experienced people and they are nice enough to help me with my form and teach me new ways to do things. It’s like having your own personal trainer for free 🥺💕 just need to find a gym that is kinda tucked away. Those are the best.

I wish there was a gym with almost everything you could need in each room and you could just have a room to yourself because it’s my ✨social anxiety✨ that keeps me away from the gym haha

Don’t worry about achieving a certain level of fitness before switching to private, most private gyms have good community too. Def switch!
