I live in GA and the sun beams the front of the house from 11 till it goes down. Insulated the garage doors with double reflective and hi tech boards. Definitely worth it. Adding an air vent to circulate hot air out next.

What's the point to do that on the door when whole garage is not insulated? 😆 Whole walls and ceiling in garage doesen't have insulation..still it would be hot.
