I personally think the most someone should be able to make a year is 1 billion, , for example Elon musk inn average makes 6.6 billion dollars a year and only pays 2 billion according to what I found, and even so, I believe if the giver just worked to remove tax loopholes, they would save more than doge did, overall billionaires control how much money they have and if they want they can help themselves and hurt others, the current government is beginning to show signs of blatant corruption but due to the first amendment the government cant get rid of stories like in India or Russia
