my kitty loved to cuddle when I was pumping, I think it was a nice transition for snuggle time when we added the new baby. For my supply I really loved making a smoothie after my morning pump: milkflow (chocolate), frozen bananas, peanut butter, oats, coconut water/milk, spinach and occasionally yogurt or ice cream 🤎
