When 66% of wiser Singaporeans understand the PAP has worked for Singaporeans to continue to create progress and prosper since 1959, which is why Singapore achieved a median monthly household income of $11,297 and the highest purchasing power in Asia in 2024, and more is to come for Singaporeans.

this is one of the complications schemes. At age 55, I don’t want CPF to complicate my withdrawal. Since my HDB flat pledge is able to fulfill the Full Retirement Sum (FRS), CPF should not deduct from my OA and SA to form the Basic Retirement Sum (BRS). My flat’s valuation is clearly higher than the Enhanced Retirement Sum (ERS). 🤔

The current COE prices is already creating a social divide; between the haves and have-nots. This is not healthy for Singapore. Those who have always owned a car will never understand the pain of those who never had and have to take kids, aged or disabled thru’ the public transport system. Singapore is not just for the rich or elites !
